Well that’s it for another week dear reader, and we leave you with news that New West Records and Pedernales Records have announced details of ‘Live Forever: A Tribute To Billy Joe Shaver’, a new 12-track album featuring some of the best names in americana including Margo Price, Nathaniel Rateliff, Edie Brickell, Steve Earle and more. The album is due to be released on Nov. 1st and they’ve released a tasty morsel from it in the form of this cover from Lucinda Williams and Willie Nelson. Have a good one if the thought of £3.5k in energy bills doesn’t ruin it for you which might make it quite year to live for another year, never mind forever.
