St Mary, St Michael “Whisky And Silence” – Listen

Today’s song is timely and looks like being timely for some time to come: it’s a Covid release.  Taken from the recent ‘Time is Standing Still‘ EP by St Mary, St Michael it’s a song that captures the darkness of isolation when the days have “all started to feel the same.

Tyler Carson – the multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and voice in St. Mary, St. Michael – recorded the song under lockdown conditions and the influence of that time is clear in the anguished longing for contact that runs through ‘Whisky and Silence.
