Video: Brooke Law “Not for Love”

Here is an upbeat, uplifting way to start your Friday.  Brooke Law brings you her brand of Americana-rock in her anthem for love, which is released today.  The London singer-songwriter delivers a catchy vocal with a hint of grit in ‘Not for Love’, a melodic rocker, featuring engaging hooks and driving country-rock guitar.  The quietly rhythmic verses give way to a gloriously soaring chorus: “If it’s not for love, // Then what is it for? // ‘Cause you’re not really living // If you’re keeping score.”  It’s a simple, direct sentiment we can’t argue with.  The accompanying video features Law singing and dancing in various locations, showing a joy in her performance that is as infectious as the melody.

Labelled, “…an artist to watch,” by BBC Introducing, 2022 has been a good year for Law, who has performed at her first festivals this summer, including the British Country Music Festival earlier in September.  Known for energetic live performances, she also has the support of Gibson guitars, who have made her an Epiphone Ambassador.  With a steadily-building fanbase, Law has now amassed an impressive and ever-rising 2,000,000 streams and views online.  Check out this rocking, tuneful number to see why.  Enjoy.
