Video Premiere: Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners “Too Tired to Cry”

Check out this video premiere from Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners.  ‘Too Tired to Cry’ is taken from the brand new album, ‘Juniper’, due to drop on 19th February.  Both the song and video are sensitive, thought-provoking explorations of loss and grief.  The video shows Breanne Tepler driving the 150 mile round-trip to the beautiful, snowy Bass Lake, a journey she made many times with her family.  By visiting the places they went together, she is keeping alive the memory of her father, brothers and grandmother.  It’s a journey into the past and, with beautiful music to match the locations and the genuine emotions, Breanne takes us with her.  The authentic narrative details in the lyrics create a captivating intimacy.  Over a foot-tapping rhythm, the song gently builds and there are gorgeous musical depths and layers of fiddle from Kailyn Spencer and pedal steel from Johnny Peterson.

From her 2013 debut album, ‘Six Strings of Peace and Sanity’, Breanne Marie has navigated tough real-life challenges by producing engagingly personal, reflective music.  The Spotify pre-save link for the new album is here.  In the meantime, enjoy this.
