Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader. We are having our annual writers’ get-together this week in Liverpool, our first since Covid – if you see a group of middle-aged men standing around in the Crown pub looking despairingly into a pint glass then come and say hello. We leave you in the meantime with a new song from bluegrass virtuoso Billy Strings. ‘Long Journey Home’ is the first single to be taken from ‘ME/AND/DAD’, Billy Strings’ forthcoming record with his dad, Terry Barber. The album releases on November 18th, 2022 which also happens to be my 50th birthday, so I know what I’ll be doing for the first hour of it anyway. Have a good one.
