Isobel Campbell takes on the patriarchy on her latest single ‘Everything Falls Apart’.  This is the second single from her forthcoming album ‘Bow to Love’ due 17th May on Cooking Vinyl Records.

“My elegy to the patriarchy” is how Campbell describes the track, noting how “even the words we use to insult a substandard man will often blame the woman – ‘son of a bitch’, ‘bastard’ etc. This is one sinking ship I am thrilled to witness.”

A founding member of Belle and Sebastian, the Glasgow-born singer moved to Los Angeles a decade ago and recorded ‘Bow to Love’ there with producer Szczech.
