Americana is now a musical destination for many, and Nick Amadeus, former frontman of the Milwaukee rock band The Delta Routine, is on that pathway. The single ‘Save Our Soul‘ is an early indicator of Amadeus’ take on the genre, and foreshadows a full album to be released by the end of the year.
Nick Amadeus told Americana UK a little about why he’d written and recorded this song saying: “I’ve really been on a more americana/country kick recently, and it has really inspired me to write some songs again, While I have a few songs that were further along in the process, ‘Save Our Soul’ just jumped out and got me excited to release it into the world.”
