Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader and we leave you with a new song from an artist who’s always welcome around these parts. Passenger aka Mike Rosenberg hasn’t released new material in a while but he’s back with a new project, a musical based on Rachel Joyce’s bestselling “The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry” which runs from 5th May to 14th June at the Minerva Theatre in Chichester. The story follows Harold Fry, a quiet married man who receives a letter from an old friend and decides to walk from South Devon to Berwick-upon-Tweed to post his reply. Along the way, he confronts his past and tries to make up for lost time, leaving his bewildered but stoic wife Maureen behind. For my money, the follow-up book “The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennesy” was the one out of the trilogy which I found almost unbearably moving at times but if you’ve never read any of them, they have the official AUK seal of approval. Rosenberg himself commented: “I love the story and I resonate so deeply with the characters and the journeys they go on. I instantly knew that it was something that I had to be a part of.”
Take care, keep on fighting the fascists and we’ll see you on Monday.

But most striking of all is the way in which Mike Rosenberg's voice entwines with that of guest vocalist Gabrielle Aplin. Together, they are quietly, delicately powerful, with a genuinely memorable clarity and purity. Passenger, AKA Rosenberg, says of…
