Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader. We leave you with what sounds to these ears like the finest pop song under 2 minutes (one minute and 41 seconds to be precise) I have heard in a long time. This is Lorelei is otherwise known as Nate Amos, a songwriter, record producer, and the lead guitarist and producer of indie band Water from Your Eyes. One of the best descriptions I’ve read is that it sounds like a bonus track from Elliott Smith’s “XO” album back at the end of the 1990s, the only caveat being that this couldn’t possibly be a bonus track.
