Speaking of this track, Amanda Grace told Americana UK that “’Tears Upon My Hands’ is about my childhood roots; my dad was from an outer area of London, England and I think he’d like that verse about him. He passed away 3 years ago and I believe we honour the memory of those who have passed by talking about them and taking time to remember them.”
