Daniel Kemish kicks off extensive UK tour to promote latest album “Hard Times”

Having won over audiences at January’s UK AmericanaFest with his band (reviewed by AUK), Daniel Kemish returns to the UK for an extensive tour of smaller venues in England and Wales from late February through the end of March. The singer-songwriter is promoting his latest album ‘Hard Times’ originally released in April 2023.  It was recorded at Welcome To 1979 studios, in Nashville’s western suburbs, direct to analogue tape.

Kemish says of ‘Hard Times’: “The songs on the new album are some of my best work and I wanted to give them a new sound and lease of life. I didn’t stand still when the touring scene ground to a halt, I’ve grown – my passion, my performance, delivery and knowledge all reflect the changing times. These are some of the most fun songs to play with my band and I wanted to inject that life into their recorded versions. The band really delivered on this record and I can’t wait for the world to hear this”.

You can catch him this weekend in Birmingham and then a variety of venues off the typical touring schedule around the UK:
