Pitchfork reports:”The music from the first season of “This Is Us”—NBC’s tear-jerking, time-jumping drama series about a tight-knit family in Pittsburgh, Penn.—will be collected on a new soundtrack album, due September 15 via uME. The set features songs by Sufjan Stevens, Wilco, Paul Simon, Nick Drake, Cat Stevens, Jim James, and more, as well as a cover of Little Feat’s “Willin’” by Mandy Moore, who also stars in the show.
