Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader as we head down to a little village called Parwich for a little sojourn in atrocious driving conditions, we will be listening to this week’s edition of the AUK podcast which dropped today. Keith’s had a knee op this week so we wish him well soon. Once again, if you haven’t perused our new community forums yet then please do drop in and say hello, partly because you’ll sometimes catch stuff first there, like this new recording by Aimee Mann of a Carpenters song. ‘Rainy Days and Mondays’ is taken from the new HBO hit series “The Chair Company”. It’s not the first time she’s covered The Carpenters but it may be her best, and she does sing about rain (or movies where it rains a lot) so well.
