Seth Anderson “Highway Lights” – Listen

Does this January seem to be just dragging on ?  Dark nights and grey days, like a perpetual Groundhog Day or the same bad song on repeat.  Well, we have something here to energise your Monday.  Canadian Seth Anderson doesn’t have any truck with this eat-sleep-repeat stuff.  No – there’s a life out there that needs grabbing by the scruff of its neck, and Seth’s the guy to do it.

Highway Lights‘, the lead single off Seth Anderson’s new album ‘We Could Be‘ (which is out on February 25th) pretty much encapsulates this attitude of facing up to new challenges, and, in Anderson’s words “stay(ing) true to the course.”  Take a listen – at the very least you’ll be slightly more awake by the end of it.

Sure, I could climb high in a tree, or go to Skye on my holiday. I could be happy. All I really want is the excitement of first hearing The Byrds, the amazement of decades of Dylan's music, or the thrill of seeing a band like The Long Ryders live. That's not much to ask, is it?
