A Circle of Friends prepare the next generation for trials and tribulations on ‘Youth Was Never Wasted On The Young’.  After a busy year of live performances in 2023 the Danish sextet kicks off the new year with this track.  It is their second single, co-written by Asger Søgaard and Alex Nyborg Madsen.  The song starts simply with a banjo and a martial snare drum and grows to a rousing chorus spurring young people to “Save the world with a broken heart”.   Søgaard and Alex Madsen are joined by multi-instrumentalists Thea Damgaard, Julie Krogsbøll, Emil Meinild and Morten Overgaard to craft the group’s uplifting sound.
