Beginning with Kiefer Sutherland and Damien Lewis, we have seen many actors turning their performing skills to the musical stage. Noah Reid, who you may have seen portraying ‘Patrick’ in the TV show Schitt’s Creek, has announced that the delayed tour for his third album ‘Adjustments‘ will go ahead this Autumn. The worldwide tour will include five UK/Ireland dates starting in September.

The actor is no newcomer, with his debut album ‘Songs from a Broken Chair‘ (2016) and sophomore album ‘Gemini‘ (2020), paving the way for his most recent album. Ian Kennedy called it “Well-observed reflections on life delivered with a powerful musical ease.“.

The Toronto actor has been making waves in the genre. He has received two nominations at the 2022 Canadian Folk Music Awards in the ‘Songwriter of the Year’ and ‘New/Emerging Artist of the Year’ categories and achieved four Billboard charting songs.

Reid said of the new album, “I wrote this album during a transitional period where a lot of tectonic shifts were taking place in my life. I was getting married, Schitt’s Creek was coming to an end, the pandemic was beginning—some of the changes were more internal and others were more at the societal level, but they all involved a shift in my thinking about the world around me.“.
