Washington born americana singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile has announced she will be performing her Grammy Award-winning 2018 album ‘By the Way, I Forgive You’ in its entirety during a live-stream which will take place on Monday June 1st at 9 p.m. USA ET, although you will need to buy a ticket for it over at Veeps.
The performance will take place on Carlile’s 39th birthday, and will be her first full show in quarantine, other than the brief tribute to the late John Prine which she performed on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. “In a changed world, I believe I will find catharsis in playing the album that changed my life” she tweeted yesterday.

She also announced that the how will be the first of several live-streams in which she’ll play each one of her albums in their entirety along with bandmates Phil and Tim Hanseroth and Josh Neumann. All proceeds from the shows will go to Carlile’s touring band and road crew, who like many musicians are out of work this summer due to the pandemic.
