Cambridge Folk Festival announce single use plastic ban

It’s less than a month now before the Cambridge Folk Festival opens its gates and this year it features Iron & Wine with Calexico, Lucinda Williams, Graham Nash and The Rails amongst its array of folk and roots luminaries.  Already one of the greenest festivals going – the campsites are invariably spotless after people have left on the Monday – and winner of a number of green festival awards, for 2019 there will be a ban on single-use plastic so bring a reusable water bottle if you’re going.  Americana UK will be there as usual – we wouldn’t miss it for the world.  A few tickets are still available: check out all the details here.
