Eric & The Soo “We Will Stay The Same” – you and me, like this, forever

Toronto’s Eric & The Soo have a new song out, ‘We Will Stay The Same‘, and this one is a co-write between band leader Eric Brombacher and guitarist/harpist Ken Yoshioka.  It’s a song that makes a commitment to…well, not changing.  In a world of shifting sands it speaks of finding a certainty and a love which can be relied on.  It’s light and breezy roots-rock song with a joyful heart.

As well as Eric and Ken the band features Tim Bradford on bass guitar and harmony vocals, Dino Naccarato on drums, along with Juno award winning blues artist Julian Fauth on electric piano, and James McKie on the violin.  ‘We Will Stay The Same‘ was recorded at Lincoln County Social Club by John Dinsmore.

Sure, I could climb high in a tree, or go to Skye on my holiday. I could be happy. All I really want is the excitement of first hearing The Byrds, the amazement of decades of Dylan's music, or the thrill of seeing a band like The Long Ryders live. That's not much to ask, is it?
