Everyone knows about new year resolutions but have you head of a new season resolution? As the weeks of scorched yellow grass become a distant memory, why not hunker down for the autumn and winter ahead by getting your creative juices flowing indoors. AUK is seeking enthusiastic writers to join our team and review new albums and/or live shows in the UK. There is no remuneration, but there is a lot of love/glory, and you get to join our merry little throng, plus you’ll have the opportunity to listen to new records before everyone else and/or get a press ticket for any agreed live show you can cover. No previous experience of publication is necessary, we’ll just ask you to send us an example of your writing – you just need to be able to string a sentence together properly, know a bit about americana, have a good attention to detail in terms of grammar and written English and be able to meet deadlines.
