It’s time for one of our occasional reach-outs. AUK is seeking enthusiastic writers to join our team and review new albums and/or live shows in the UK. There is no remuneration, but there is a lot of love/glory, and you get to join our merry little throng, plus you’ll have the opportunity to listen to new records before everyone else and/or get a press ticket for any agreed live show you can cover. No previous experience of publication is necessary, we’ll just ask you to send us an example of your writing – you just need to be able to string a sentence together properly, know a bit about americana, have a good attention to detail in terms of grammar and written English and be able to meet deadlines.
