Hurray For the Riff Raff stream new album in its entirety

NPR have been very nice of late, possibly getting in their freebies before Trump privatises/abolishes it (alarmingly on the cards without hyperbole), and they’ve decided to stream the new album “The Navigator” from the lovely Hurray for the Riff Raff in its entirety prior to its release on ATO Records a week today.  You can hear that stream over at the NPR site here and while you’re doing so read a fascinating interview with Alynda Segarra who tells NPR: “”I just wanna prove my worth on the planet Earth and be something!”  This sentiment expands to speak for outsiders of all kinds – LGBTQ kids, immigrants, women, working class people, the “colonized and hypnotized.””  In the meantime, watch their new video “Hungry Ghost” from that new record below.
