Willie Nelson to release new album on November 15th

Legend Willie Nelson’s twenty-fifth studio album ‘Family Bible‘ will be released on November 19th on Legacy Recordings. To the disappointment of vinyl enthusiasts, it will be only available on CD and digital. Nelson sings and plays the guitar on the album dedicated to “Mama Nelson” and is accompanied on piano by long time ‘Family member Bobbie Nelson.
Family Bible‘ was produced by Willie Nelson and Steve Chadie and was recorded and mixed by Chadie at Pedernales Studios in Austin, Texas. The title track single, ‘Family Bible‘, was released on September 23rd to critical acclaim. Penned in 1957 but a hit with many other country names, Nelson finally recorded his song for the first time on his 1971 album Yesterday’s Wine. The song, inspired by his grandmother, has been a staple in his live performances.
The album includes many of his live favourites, covers, as well as some brand new material. The album can be pre-ordered via Willie Nelson’s website.
