This is a brilliantly inventive video from The Hackles: it’s a great concept, well realised and beautifully shot. Taken from their 2019 album, ‘A Dobritch Did as a Dobritch Should’, the song showcases the effective vocal combination of Kati Claborn and Luke Ydstie, who are based in Astoria, Oregan, the oldest settlement west of the Rocky Mountains. This (slightly sinister) video is a great introduction to an excellent album.
