The Brothers Comatose are, you’ll recall, actual brothers Ben and Alex Morrison (vocals, guitar and banjo) and their classically trained friend Philip Brezina on violin. Here they are joined on this cover of Neil Young’s song by AJ Lee adding another vocal layer and – quite important this – mandolin. It’s really nice, and that’s not just our opinion, this live cut has attracted a million views via The Brothers Comatose’s Facebook page. So maybe you’ve already heard it, and maybe you haven’t and either way you’d probably like to hear it now. We sure think you will. Good news – it’s also available to purchase via Bandcamp, just name your price.
And hey, psst, listen – there’s also a video, you can see it here, just don’t let the video editor know how you found it, ok? Cool. This conversation never happened.

Sure, I could climb high in a tree, or go to Skye on my holiday. I could be happy. All I really want is the excitement of first hearing The Byrds, the amazement of decades of Dylan's music, or the thrill of seeing a band like The Long Ryders live. That's not much to ask, is it?
