Dylan LeBlanc returns to his “Cautionary Tale” and releases fan favourite demo

Louisiana singer-songwriter Dylan LeBlanc has announced the 10th Anniversary re-release of his acclaimed album Cautionary Tale, which is due out on May 15, 2026, via Single Lock Records and includes a limited run on yellow vinyl. To accompany the announcement, he has unearthed a demo of fan-favourite track Roll The Dice (Bedroom Demo) as a taster.

Of the single, Le Blanc states: “This is a bedroom demo from my house at the time in Nashville, Tennessee. Being young and prideful, I was trying to figure out how to manage my relationships. “If pride was a mountain, I’d be walking tall, but the valley down below is a deadly fall”, just came out because it felt like what was happening to me. There was a version of myself I wanted to be for someone else that I desperately needed to find for the first time, for unselfish reasons. It’s a song about second chances.”

The original release of the album was greeted with across-the-board praise from various outlets, with UNCUT magazine calling it “A finely crafted exercise in country-soul classicism” and MOJO stated that it “Shocks with unexpected new ground.” The album can be preordered here.

LeBlanc is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who often finds himself “dancing on a razor,” as he calls it, as it is all he has ever known. A self-described vagabond since he was a little boy, tossed between Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama, LeBlanc thrives on never staying in one place for too long. There are no confirmed dates for EU or UK shows, but the rumours of an autumn jaunt are strong. We’ll keep you posted!
