The ever productive Jim Basnight returns with a new album – ‘Pop Top‘ – released through Power Popaholic as a download only it is available via Bandcamp. Today’s featured song is, he says “a solid rockin’ guitar pop smash with wonderful harmonies by (among other notables) Los Angeles based songwriter, performer, and record producer Carla Olson.”
It does indeed rock – in a power-pop kind of way – and asks those perennial questions – will I ever be free of you? And do I really want to be?
