Johnny “Niagra Falls” – Listen

Johnny is the stage name of Amsterdam based guitarist Joost Abbel, and ‘Niagara Falls‘ is a first taste of his new solo album ‘Collecting Dinosaurs‘ which is out on March 19th.  ‘Niagara Falls‘ blends nostalgic memories of ‘you at Niagara Falls / Summer’s long gone / Fall is falling‘ with stories of daredevils  who challenged their fates at the mighty falls.   Is there a hint that love is like a jump into the unknown, with the risk of being buffeted and bruised?  Probably.
