Margo Price covers Joni Mitchell classic – Watch

Margo Price has released a new video in which she plays a stripped-down cover of Joni Mitchell’s Christmas but not that Christmassy classic ‘River’. Price is a longtime fan of Joni Mitchell’s work, and originally performed her version of the song during a Planned Parenthood benefit in the autumn. Last night Price was the host for Tennessee’s Stardust Drive-In Theatre’s A Perfectly Imperfect Night at the Movies, a double feature of the 2019 documentary Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice as well as the premiere of Price’s Perfectly Imperfect at the Ryman concert film, which was recorded in Nashville in 2018.
