Red Thread weave together influences from their immigrant roots to create a unique americana tapestry.  With a focus on vocal harmonies, the group paints a poignant tale with their new track ‘Sailor’s Lullaby’. Lead singer and songwriter Sarah Larsson describes the feelings evoked by the song that was in part inspired by her own long-distance relationship, “It’s golden-toned and wistful; capturing an experience shared by a contemporary person in a long-distance relationship, along with a person in a past generation who has left loved ones on the other side of the ocean.”

Larsson is joined by Julia Hobart and Sophie Javna on harmony vocals, Ilan Blanck on guitar and Robbie Weisshaar on bass.  ‘Sailor’s Lullaby’ is included on Red Thread’s upcoming album ‘Immigrantke’ which will be available worldwide on  23rd February, 2024.
