Teenage Fanclub release a new single but postpone album release and tour – Listen

As the ravages of the pandemic continue to cause havoc with the best laid plans, the ever splendid Teenage Fanclub have unveiled a new song and announced that their album and tour dates have been pushed back. ‘I’m More Inclined’ is the second single to be released from their forthcoming album, ‘Endless Arcade’. It was released on the day that news broke  that the album’s release date has been pushed back from early March to April 30th with the band citing “circumstances beyond their control.” As for their tour, it’s now pushed back to September, Covid depending of course. Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates.

‘Endless Arcade’, their eleventh studio album, has been eagerly awaited as it’s the first without founding bassist Gerard Love, who quit the band in 2018 after nearly three decades. It will also be the first to feature Euros Childs from Welsh alt-rock heroes Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci, who joined Teenage Fanclub the same year.
