The Twang Factor 4 Results: Hannah Crossrose takes third place

In horse racing, it is called win, place or show, and by coming in third through a vote by the judges, Hannah Crossrose showed off her vocals and songwriting skills to good advantage. After the release of her debut album “The Woman In The Mirror,” she took to the UK music scene and played shows in London, Liverpool, stopping over in Dublin to play the esteemed “Ruby Sessions” (Ed Sheeran, The Kooks). The album was on heavy rotation across many community and international radio stations, having been featured on Triple J, ABC Country, Coast FM, Southern FM, and Australian Country Radio, as well as her music videos having been featured on both CMT and MTV Australia. The video for her single ‘Magic Woman’ received an honourable mention award from the Berlin Music Video Awards in 2024.

Whether with a band or playing solo, she has tamed some of the rowdiest of patrons on the scene with her intimate storytelling and soaring, emotional vocals. From listening to her parents’ record collection to picking up a guitar and writing her first song at the age of 13, Hannah Crossrose continues to share her stories and continues to be a safe place for sensitive souls to land. Here once again is her entry, ‘Fading Light’ from her debut album.

You can follow Crossrose on her website and all the usual social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Apple Music and Spotify.
