Check out the new video from americana folk duo Goldschatz. Recorded on Körbergasse in Aachen during their 2026 German tour, this busking performance of We Got Love manages to be both public and intimate at the same time. With just guitar and the pair’s emotive voices, this version of We Got Love captures their chemistry and confident vocal interplay. Rhythmic and soulful, this is an example of Goldschatz’s timeless musicianship, and, indeed, the song tackles a timeless and relatable theme: are our everyday lives, familiar routines, and rhythms enough? Or do we need something more? Well, we got love. The positivity shines through the words and music; there’s a lightness of touch for a feel-good song full of hope, joy and love.
Produced by Eric Nielsen (Frazey Ford, The Deep Dark Woods), the single offers a glimpse of the warm, well-crafted music we can expect from the duo’s upcoming EP, Circadian, which is due for release in the autumn of 2026.
Rykka began her musical career busking on the streets of Vancouver, and this uplifting performance takes us back to the freedom and spirit of those days, before she won the Canadian Peak Performance Project award in 2013. Her musical and life partner, Timothy Jaromir, released his debut album in 2010 and has played at many events, like The Montreux Jazz Festival, over the following years. The first single they wrote together, Thick of Thieves, was written on their honeymoon in Tuscany. Their passion and energy come through in their consciously optimistic, joyous songs like We Got Love. Enjoy.
