Just reminded me of this.
I was a fan of the Racs and Brendan Benson especially but I hadn't heard of Ashley until this video landed on Youtube. I think this is a really cool version of the Raconteurs track. I know Jack White can be quite a divisive musician but even if you don't like him, give it a listen anyway.

That's a pretty cool video. Never saw the Raconteurs but I saw Jack Lawrence way back when he was playing with Blanche.

@paul-kerr I didn't know he'd done so much until I looked at his discography, I only knew he was in the Greenhornes before the Racs. I'll have to check out the rest of this stuff.
Just had a listen to 'Little Amber Bottles' by Blanche, it reminded me of Velvet Underground.
