Caught her live in Liverpool tonight for first time and was pretty blown away by her, the venue was lovely which helped but had no idea she was such a good songwriter.

Am going next Saturday. Looking forward to seeing the support Jaimee Harris play as well. Boomerang Town is such a great track.

Never seen Mary G play but have known her music for a long time so can't wait.

She's one of the best songwriters out there these days. Glad you broke your duck.

  1. She's brilliant live.  Hope you got to sing along to "Another Train"

I had the pleasure of seeing her at the Philharmonic Rooms last year alongside Jaimee Harris, and was completely blown away.

Sadly, I couldn’t make it this time around.

Her songwriting book resonated deeply with me — it felt incredibly personal. I was fortunate enough to share one of my own songs with Mary at the AMAUK Conference a few years ago, and I’ll never forget her kindness. She told me how beautiful the song was, and her words meant the world.
