@joe-nathan Click on your name under your picture, then on the next screen near the top to the right there's like a little man with a cog next to it, click that then you can edit stuff ... like picture, profile info etc.
@simon-g thanks. Unfortunately, it’s not working for me. Do I need to be on a desktop to do it? I only have a phone at the moment.

@joe-nathan Oh, shoot... yes I'm on a lap top.. I have no idea what it looks like (or how it works) on a phone! sorry dude.
How do i edit my profile?
Go to your profile. Click on the picture at the top right. Scroll down until you see your current profile picture to where it says 'you can edit your picture in gravatar'. Proceed from there. It's quite a convoluted thing unfortunately. Just remember that profile pictures can only be 100 pixels by 100 pixels. Changing your 'background' is much easier - simply click on the bottom right corner of that to upload something new

Actually scratch that. There is an easier way. Go to your profile and then 'settings' (the icon next to the bell). Within that you can write some 'About...' info and upload a new picture or whatever. The size restriction is the same however
@paul-villers thank you.

Nice to be able to post on here again. I was a member of the AUK forums for a year or so before it closed (13 or 14 years ago?)
Since then, I have been a regular visitor reading the album reviews and articles.
@simon-g I really enjoyed reading about your musical journey. it’s so lovely how your taste spans from classic guitar pop to punk and alternative rock, and it’s clear how much music has shaped your life. For me, one artist I absolutely adore is Machine Gun Kelly his pop-punk vibe, especially in songs like Bloody Valentine, always gives me such strong emotions and energy that make me smile and want to sing along. His voice and style just hit differently and always brighten my day.
@emilly Thanks Emilly, yeah I love music... it's very rare that a day goes by that I don't listen to at least an album or two. I know some people might think that's it's quite an eclectic taste, but to me it's pretty much all the same. It's not classical, it's not electro pop, it's not baroque chamber music... it's all guitar based pop/rock with a slightly different flavour.
That's great, if music makes you feel good then it is good. It doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks. 😉
@simon-g That’s such a lovely way to put it, and I completely agree with you. Music really does have its own language, especially guitar-based sounds that carry so much feeling. I love how you describe it as the same soul with different flavors. At the end of the day, if it makes us feel alive and happy, that’s what truly matters.
@simon-g I really love how you both describe music as one soul with different flavors that idea resonates so deeply with me. Guitar-based pop-rock always feels honest and emotional, especially artists like MGK who bring that raw energy to life. His style even shows in pieces like the Machine Gun Kelly Lost Americana Jacket, which carries the same expressive, rebellious spirit. When music and style make you feel something real, that’s all that matters.
