FAKE NEWS! Actually it’s not although don’t get your hopes up too much – the Independent is reporting this morning: “Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young fans: there’s a chance the band is getting back together. Well, at least according to one of the four members. It’s no secret that band member Graham Nash has held some resentment toward musician David Crosby during the past two years. It’s gotten so heated that the possibility of a band reunion seemed like it was off the table. But now, Nash has spoken out and given us some hope. They’d have to be talking to each other first, however.
“Here’s how I feel about it: I believe that the issues that are keeping us apart pale in comparison to the good that we can do if we get out there and start talking about what’s happening,” Nash says of getting the supergroup back together. “So I’d be totally up for it even though I’m not talking to David and neither is Neil. But I think that we’re smart people in the end and I think we realize the good that we can do.”
The statement from Nash does come as a surprise, though. As of 2016, Nash seemed to blame Crosby for the demise of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young in an interview with Dutch magazine Lust For Life.
Nash said, “[Crosby] has been just f—ing awful,” adding, “I’ve been there and saved his f—ing ass for 45 years, and he treated me like shit. … David has ripped the heart out of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.”
It seems that with the current chaos, Nash would be willing to do anything to fight back against the current administration.
“You have to keep up your will to fight,” he says. “We cannot let this man undermine everything we have fought for over the last 30 years, which is what’s happening by the way.” SAD! (Sorry, too easy…)
This will never happen – Nash the sgrand illusionist saying that they are still relevant – they have nothing say listen to the last record by Nash & Young……
These guys have a lot in common with Trump, totally consumed by their own self importance.
Nash has been singing against rules and regulations who needs them for many years. I guess he does not know how President Trump has cut more regulations than any other President. love their music disagree with their politics.
Loved their music but have grown to dislike them – they all got lost on the human highway many years ago and now Nash thinks they have something to say from their elevated positions. Yes ‘rules and regulations’ who needs them ?
