Liza Lo builds from plaintive to inspiring on her new track ‘Morning Call’.  The track was recorded during a four-day session at Damon Albarn’s Studio 13 with her band and Jon Kelly (Kate Bush/Paul McCartney).   Lo reflects on writing the song, “’Morning Call’ was written about a longing for affection. Unravelling the journey of falling in and out of modern love – where strangers can suddenly become our whole world, only to fade back into strangers again. Debriefing the delicate arc of connection: from the first spark of possibility to the final moments of farewell. A collection of overpromised dreams and unmet expectations, where the key is to remain an open heart.”
