Perfect for a Monday morning. Rainn Byrns is a Peckham based, Swindon raised, Texas born multi-instrumentalist. On this song, recorded at his home studio, Rainn plays all the instruments and of course oversaw the recording onto, naturally, analogue only equipment. The song veers between depressed verses and a pick-yourself up chorus, acting as Rainn explains as “the embodiment of giving up, but then there’s a freedom to that, when all is said and done. When you relinquish any expectations you can sometimes surprise yourself”!”
