Something for the weekend: Beachwood Sparks “Morning Light”

Well that’s it for us this week dear reader. A big week for us next week as we announce our writers’ albums of 2020 on Monday, we will countdown to our Twang Factor Season One winner and we will announce the results of our readers’ poll – don’t forget you can still vote if you’re quick. In the meantime, we leave you with a video for a previously unreleased track from the 20th anniversary vinyl edition reissue of the self-titled debut album by Beachwood Sparks – which still sounds as amazing today as it did when it came out on the Sub Pop label 20 years ago. ‘Morning Light’ is six blissful minutes of fuzzed-out americana. Have a good one.

  1. Thanks for this new song. How on earth did it get left off the original album? It is a great tune.
