That’s it for another week from us dear reader and rather than leave you with something new for once, we’re playing out for the weekend with a track from the late Bap Kennedy’s old band Energy Orchard which some of you more long in the tooth might remember. Some of their output is on streaming services but not all of it, and a glaring omission is their fourth album ‘Pain Killer’ which is a joy from start to finish and whose first track ‘Wasted’ might get criminally lost in the passing of time if we don’t occasionally mention it. Grab yourself a brew (or given the focus of the song a shot) and enjoy the next 5 minutes. Have a good one.
