Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader – it’s been a bit quiet here at AUK Towers while we nurse our new year hangovers and various bouts of flu but a gradual easing into 2023 is maybe not such a bad thing for our delicate sensibilities. In that spirit, we leave you this week with a lovely cover of the Fleet Foxes classic ‘White Winter Hymnal’ by the ridiculously talented Jade Bird whose debut album Rolling Stone described as a “young Londoner’s spin on modern Americana”.
