Singer-songwriter and runner-up in AUK’s Twang Factor, Sorrel Nation has announced details of her 2026 spring tour. Announcing her second place in AUK’s Twang Factor 4, AUK’s Dean Nardi described Nation’s music as: “a soulful mix of folk rock, with powerful vocals and haunting melodies. She engages audiences with emotive lyrics, ’70s-inspired style and is known for impressive covers of Gillian Welch, Fleetwood Mac, & Portishead.”
Nation had a very busy 2024 and followed this up in 2025 by embarking on three tours and a number of festival appearances to promote her debut album “Lost En Route” and its release on vinyl in March. The end of September 2025 saw the release of a live EP “Live and Acoustic” that was recorded while she travelled up to Scotland earlier in the year.
