The new single by the Norwegian septet The Northern Belle see’s the band’s sound expanded even further with the addition of vocals from Nordicana compatriots Siv Jakobsen and Louien. It means that there’s just extra layers to the floating ethereal vocals of the perfectly blissful ‘No Rush‘. Songwriter with The Northern Belle Stine Andreassen said this about the collaboration “It felt very important to share this song with someone I look up to [Siv Jakobsen] musically, especially after being isolated for so long. To be together about something, and to be able to comfort one another is essential“
‘No Rush‘ is the first new music from The Northern Belle since last year’s well received ‘We Wither, We Bloom‘, with which it shares the same dreamy Laurel Canyon vibes.
