Todd Snider announces 30 year career spanning vinyl boxset

For US only but with free digital downloads worldwide.

Todd Snider’s 30th anniversary celebration continues apace with the pre-sale of his first-ever career-spanning vinyl box set which is unfortunately not available in the UK but the upcoming release of “Agnostic Hymns & Stoner Fables” (Purple Version) on digital download is. And it’s free!

The limited-edition box set, “Best of All My Songs” comes out on the 13th of December and intends to capture Snider’s unique storytelling and songwriting across three decades. The six-vinyl album collection features 49 live acoustic tracks handpicked by Snider from his yearlong ‘All My Songs’ series. Snider has also included five of his road fables and concert tales, providing fans with even more insight into the life and humour of the troubadour. All tracks were recorded during Todd’s 2020 lockdown livestreams at The Purple Building, with select live concert performances from Seattle and Kansas City. Accompanying the music is a cover illustration by Jon Griffin, a 16-page booklet with an introduction by Snider featuring Scramble Campbell’s vibrant interpretations of Snider’s album covers, and a 12”x12” frame-ready image – something for everyone in the US here! So much so that we expect it to be rereleased worldwide once it immediately sells out Stateside. Watch this space.

However, in addition to the box set, Snider continues his career retrospective with the release of “Agnostic Hymns & Stoner Fables” (Purple Version). The live recording revisits his critically acclaimed 2012 album, which Rolling Stone famously dubbed “Occupy Nashville” for its raw look at pressing social issues. Offering new insights, personal stories, and powerful performances, the album is available for free download or through limited-edition merch bundles through the link to Snider’s website. Who says you don’t get anything for free these days? Follow the link here.
