And yet, amidst all the challenges of lock-down, there are new possibilities and a hope for a different future. When the Lost Demos sing: “We woke up with the world shut down // And the air became clear with the birds and the sounds of long ago // The Quiet Earth regrows // And now they know,” it speaks to that sense of what could grow out of all this.
