Melissa Ruth finds that she’s in demand in various roles: as well as performing, she produces others’ music and works as a music teacher. This single is taken from Ruth’s recent album ‘Bones’, her fourth self-produced record, which she describes as, “North Country Western Country music with a Canadian Pacific Northwest feel,” She adds, “This album is a collection of songs that surfaced as a result of slowing down and re-focusing, some are very old songs and some were urgent and written a few weeks before recording.
