Video Premiere: Scott Collins “Love You More”

Here’s the new single from Nashville-based Scott Collins.  ‘Love You More’ is an absorbing song that begins quietly, an intimate, spare confessional, in which Collins’ echoing, ethereal voice conveys real emotion.  Then, the song swells and grows, developing a great guitar groove to lose yourself in.  The atmospheric song is accompanied by a video featuring live footage of Collins and his band The Slutz – it’s a moody visual to match the musical feel of ‘Love You More’.

‘Love You More’ is taken from Collins’ debut album ‘Purple Pain’, which was released in May 2024 – find it on Bandcamp here.  Although this is his first solo release, Collins also keeps busy playing guitar in soulful garage band Justin and The Cosmics (with his brother, Justin) and as one half of the rock duo The Smoking Flowers, alongside his wife, Kim.  ‘Purple Pain’ is a confident, rocking debut – check it out.
