The song is taken from the brand new album ‘Tarot Cards & Shooting Stars’, an absorbing roots-rock follow-up to their well-received debut album ‘Morning Sun’. Both Johnny and KP had enjoyed musical success before getting together. Johnny had played in various bands and released three solo records while KP (as Kirsten Proffit) had songs feature on television shows like Dawson’s Creek. She also featured in the California band CALICO, country-rocking alongside Jaime Wyatt and Manda Mosher. On their first date, Johnny and KP played songs together and before long they were collaborating on new material. They’ve never looked back.
