Chatham County Line’s latest album ‘Hiyo‘ has just been released on YepRoc, it’s their tenth full length release which is something of a milestone for any band. As we’ve noted previously, the new album sees Chatham County Line expanding their musical vision, bringing in synthesizers, drum machines, and more electric guitar and percussion than ever before. And if the steamy, swampy stomp that is ‘B S R‘ is anything to go it is anything but a false step.
Chatham County Line will be going out on tour in a couple of weeks, all the dates are in the States which is, you know, fine and all but not a lot of use to UK based music fans. Oh well – the dates are here if you’re curious. Or in the States.
