
Australian-born, but now a resident of Stockholm, Hazlett has produced a couple of EPs and is now releasing a series of singles on his new label Nettwerk – and ‘My Skin‘ is the third of these. It’s a somewhat self-pitying folk song reflecting on not being ok after a break-up. Hazlett describes it as “a lesson in jealousy…you know in your head that eventually people are bound to move on. Of course, they are going to go on the same date nights, road trips and restaurants they did with you, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t sting.”
